Abstract

This new textbook is probably the finest currently on the market for teaching international criminal law stricto sensu ç the substantive law and institutions governing the prosecution of atrocities for which international law imposes individual criminal liability. The authors do a masterful job of collecting and editing the diverse materials in this field and presenting them clearly, logically and with an eye, above all, to pedagogy.
